Every year in May, food lovers and farmers gather to celebrate the harvest of the potato, emblematic of the island.

Gourmets and farmers get together to celebrate the harvest of the island's emblematic potato. All the production, about a hundred tons, is put on sale the same day. Planted at Candlemas on a bed of seaweed, it is harvested by hand 90 days later. The particularity of the most famous potato: its nutty and iodine taste and its crunchiness.
