Located in a small village of Sancerrois, this large cottage is housed in a bourgeois house with a large enclosed garden. This pleasant stay on the ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, TV, dining room, fitted kitchen, laundry room and bedroom. On the 1 st floor: 3 rooms including one with terrace, two bathrooms. Possibility to add a baby bed. At your disposal, garden furniture and barbecue. Old house: floor tombs and vintage kitchen.

Perhaps the presentation which is made of this cottage matches a reality of 20 years ago but not case in its state present: many furniture on photos stay at the state of photo, but especially the cottage is not kept at all, both inside and outside. It can even seem dangerous, especially for small children. This house, not independent but public on next door, is not isolated, and implies heat in case of a bit cold weather. The household goods date from the years 1970.
