This 100% organic farm is home to 150 Anglo-Nubian and Alpine chamois goats, whose milk is used to make an exceptional goat's cheese: the ladle-moulded chestnut (the trademark), the pimenté, the bûche cendré, the pyramid, the saffron, the olive oil heart, there are about thirty different types of cheese, including the exceptional caviar heart made with Neuvic production.
