The Saint Florent railway viaduct is one of the largest in the Berry. It was built in 1892-93 by the Chief Engineer and Road Engineer Mr. Dubreuil. He linked the military establishments in Bourges to the east of France. Its 15 square arches have a width of 30 meters for 25 meters height. It passes over two roads, two river arms and an island. Decked by SNCF, it is now transformed into a pedestrian walk. It offers a beautiful perspective on the Valley of the Cher and the city.
