The Bernard family - aquatic landscapers - created these ornamental ponds with Chinese-inspired flush walkways. The garden extends over 3 hectares, with over 300 varieties of aquatic plants. The water lilies and lotus bloom from May1 to October 15. The colorful banks of iris, geraniums and osmanthus contrast with the watery expanse, with its play of light and waterfalls. Young visitors will enjoy exploring the 3,000 m² aquatic labyrinth and the tactile aquarium.

Opening time and information on WATER GARDENS
Remarkable garden. May to September. Opening hours vary according to season. May-July 10am-7pm; August 10am-6.30pm; September 11am-6pm. Free for children under 6. Adults: €8.50. Children (6-11 yrs): €5.50 (students €7, and 12-17 yrs, unemployed, disabled: €7.50). Groups (15 people): €7 (on reservation for guided tours (min. 15 people): €40). School groups (kindergarten to 3rd grade, leisure centers): €4.50. Vacation vouchers. Guided tour (for groups). Catering (refreshments and ice creams, picnic area). Gift store. Entertainment. Les Jardins d'Eau is located in Carsac-Aillac. This site, dedicated to the magic of nature, features ponds, still waters, waterfalls, streams and lush vegetation. Here, you'll discover 30 varieties of lotus and the most beautiful varieties of water lilies. Fun and educational trails with explanatory panels for over 200 plants are on offer. Les Jardins d'Eau also boastsan aquatic labyrinth, the only one of its kind in Europe: it extends over a pool of more than 2800m2 and more than 550 metres of flush walkways. What's more? You can manipulate the water jets using a mobile app. Andwhile you're there, you don't have to worry about a thing, as parking for cars and buses is free. A great place to enjoy nature!
