The mutual dental centres have been created by mutual organizations. Like the French dental centres, the two berruyers centres are under contract: they do not carry out a fee overrun on the care of the nomenclature and commit themselves to the use of controlled prices on other acts. They pay the third party on the compulsory plan. Mutual patients benefit from the exemption of fees on common acts such as prosthetic or care through the paying third party, according to agreements concluded with mutual partners.
