If you have time and want to eat a full meal cheaper than in the restaurant, book a table at the Jacques Heart High School. In this purely educational restaurant you will be cared for from start to finish by students in exercise. Some are comfortable to cut poultry in front of the customer while others are reeling from the idea of serving wine… There are mistakes, admittedly, but it is important that these young people get involved in real conditions! And then the menu is only 11,75 €. We eat classic dishes serving French cuisine, prepared by another group of students: Lorraine lorraine, tartelette à, overstating velvety, square of pan-fried veal, steak steak, Vienna steak, salmon and shrimp… Côté desserts: lots of fruits, pithiviers, moka… The servers lead to cutting, buckling… and high-end service. Provide at least 2 hours for lunch.
