Museum dedicated to Fernand Desmoulin, painter and engraver, located in the abbey grounds. Medium-sized works in graphite.
The Musée Fernand Desmoulin (1853-1914) is dedicated to this painter and engraver, whose mediumistic work established him as a great spiritualist artist. Between 1900 and 1902, three spirits came to life under his hand: L'Instituteur, Ton Vieux Maître and Astarté. He produced 93 figures in graphite during turntable sessions. Fernand Desmoulin also held the official title of portraitist of the3rd Republic. As the visit takes place inside the abbey, the entrance ticket is grouped with the abbey grotto (closed until the end of May 2024).

Avant de sortir des grottes troglodytes, il faut passer par le musée ,cela vaut le détour , il faut le visiter absolument .
