Sandrine Laby left the marketing world with no regrets to open a tea room and four guest rooms in the heart of Brantome in a house of character. They are all individually decorated and each room has a sweet name: chocolate, praline, nougat and caramel. They combine charm with modern comfort and all have a private bathroom. A hearty breakfast is served every morning with a homemade specialty. It can be taken on the terrace, from which one has a breathtaking view of the abbey.

We discovered by chance this tea room, in the heart of Brantome. After being returned to this hushed, we could not only enjoy a food (I took a gratin and walnut tart caramel) simple but very good where the " it maison" , the tastebuds feel.

Being under the charm, we decided to stay and enjoy the house which guesthouse. New love at first sight in the house with its terrace and our room " Praline". In short, to recommend without hesitate & thank you for hospitality for the owners.
