FERME-AUBERGE DE FAYE
Farmhouse in Brantôme-en-Périgord serving specialties: foie gras, duck breast and inventive dishes.
Since 1988, Marie and Claude Dubuisson have been continuing the traditional tradition of force-feeding ducks and making farmhouse preserves. They grow their own corn, wheat and plants, guaranteeing artisanal quality. In 2000, they opened a farmhouse inn in a restored barn, where you can savour their specialities: foie gras, duck breast with onion jam, stuffed duck leg and Marie's creations, such as quiche périgourdine, made with duck aiguillettes, ceps and foie gras. A generous table, rooted in the terroir!
