Restaurant nestled in a completely renovated basement, which offers an inventive and refined cuisine.

With a wealth of experience in the south of France, Brittany and Switzerland, Thibaud Schouten chose to open his own restaurant in 2018, in an atypical space in the medieval city that inspired him from the first glance. Today Le Sous-sol welcomes you in a contemporary decor dressed in old stones, around a market cuisine, inventive and refined. The menu is renewed every day according to the arrival of new products and the seasons, and the menu is changed every month, giving free rein to the chef's rich inspirations.

Opening time and information on LE SOUS-SOL

Annual closing end of February-mid March. Open on Monday evening; Tuesday to Friday at lunchtime from 1am and in the evening. Annual closing at the end of February/mid-March (see on the site). Reservation recommended. Menus from 38 € to 48 € (pleasure and great pleasure menus served for lunch and dinner). Menu : about 30 € (for a dish and a dessert). Children's menu: 12 €. Lunch formula: 24 € (starter + main course or main course + dessert. 28 €: starter, main course and dessert. Full menu + cheese: 34€). Wine by the glass. Nice selection of organic wines. As its name indicates, the room is in the basement. For people with reduced mobility, a few tables are accessible on the first floor, but with a step to pass. Groups welcome (up to 24 covers on reservation only). Baby chairs.

Très bon restaurant qui mérite une étoile. Créativité avec des produits locaux, ambiance feutrée et originalité du lieu. Très bonne cave. Bon tempo du service. Accueil sympathique, mais posé de la maîtresse des lieux. Petit bémol : la jeune fille n'est pas très souriante. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce très bon moment.

Excellente adresse avec une cuisine recherchée et raffinée. Le cadre est très sympa dans les vieilles pierres et la salle est très agréables, lumineuse avec son puit de jour. Accueil chaleureux, équipe attentionnée (y compris avec notre petit chien) et surtout très compréhensive et arrangeante malgré des difficultés liées à un régime alimentaire limité. Merci à l'équipe, bravo à la brigade et bonne continuation :)

Belle découverte, menus originaux, service et acceuil ...thon blanc mi-cuit et ses légumes excellent, la déclinaison autour du concombre en entrée avec homard parfait.
