Chef of MIAM (Mon ingrédient à moi), Alexia Schambourg diversifies her catering activity and opens YAMU in 2020, in the premises of Reuz, the ultra friendly coworking space in Vannes (ideal for a breakfast, a brunch, a blind test or a private reception). As for the restaurant, she draws her inspiration from her passion for travel and world cuisine to create creative and richly flavored home-made recipes. Her recipe? Les gyosas se sont disloqués dans le bouillon. Le goût y était, mais niveau présentation, c'était moins sympa. Je note que c'était à emporter, donc moins facile.
