In season, from May to November, real mussels are served in cast iron pots accompanied by French fries, and Villa is a reference today in this field in Vannes. Fine and crunchy homemade Pizzas, fresh pasta like the famous Sicilian fried tagliatelle shells, and beautiful salad meals ideally complement the tasty choice. Meat and fish like crusted cod with fried chorizo or pan-fried scallops and prawns with parsley, all very fresh, are also served here. Established in 2008, Mone offers its customers a cuisine with Asian flavours. All the specialities are to be enjoyed on the spot or taken away: nems, shrimp fritters, Cantonese rice, sautéed chicken with ginger, chicken with coconut milk, not to mention the speciality of the Laotian flat house Bo bun (salad, mint, coriander, soya, carrots, vermicelli, nems, meat).
