Restaurant of pizzas "from the earth to the plate" topped with local and fresh products.
In 2018, Basilic & Co, from the network of the same name created in 2007 and which has since spread throughout France, set up shop in Vannes. A franchise, certainly, but one that defends beautiful values attached to the promotion of local products. The dough is 100% homemade and spread by hand, the pizzas are made right before your eyes and topped with quality products - salted meats and cheeses from local producers -, the pizzas are cooked to perfection to achieve the right balance between melting and crispness and, to top it all off, they offer a warm and friendly welcome.

Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle ! La pizzeria a su allier saveurs raffinées, service impeccable et cadre chaleureux. Un véritable régal pour les papilles, je recommande vivement ! Je félicite l’équipe mais je félicite tout particulièrement la serveuse qu’on a eu ! Qui a été remarquable dans son travail. Son professionnalisme, son attention aux détails et son sourire ont véritablement rehaussé notre expérience. Un service exceptionnel qui a contribué à rendre notre repas mémorable mon mari et moi ! Un pourboire largement mérité ????

Une petite pizza Fish and Crips délicieuse avec du Cabillaud et des oignons, une pâte comme il faut, un pur régal ????

Bonne petite adresse, bon choix de pizzas réalisées avec des produits de qualité. Bonnes petites bières et cidres locaux en circuit court. Super bien accueillis, service rapide. Je recommande cette adresse.

Soirée paisible...Rien d'extraordinaire mais pas de véritables critiques non plus ... ni vraiment de mécontentement Simplement une petite remarque 22 heures 30 pour la fermeture cela me paraît un peu trop tôt à mon goût ...! ! Surtout si au moment du dessert on vous fait comprendre que l'on va bientôt fermer... Pour résumer des Prestations moyennes pour une soirée correcte .CHRISTIAN .
