Marie Devigne and Guillaume Hagnier responded to a call for applications from the Sarzeau town council, and in 2020 have revived the Rhuys peninsula's winegrowing past. The couple, who have a background in Champagne, produce 3 grape varieties (chardonnay, chenin, cabernet) on this organic wine estate at Moulin du Poulhors.
