Expérience très compliquée : impossible de remplacer un accompagnement par un autre pour un convive ayant des intolérances alimentaires. Alors que cela n’avait pas posé de problèmes lors de visites précédentes. Aucune souplesse, c’est très décevant pour cette table «familiale et bistronomique »
