Since 2004, Pizza chez Léon has been gracing the streets of Questembert and the surrounding area with its permanent store and truck tour. Its artisanal, buckwheat and gluten-free pizzas showcase local producers. The flour comes from Moulin de Cadillac in Noyal-Muzillac, the honey from Ruches de Noé et Noémie in Malansac, the goat's cheese from Les Vaches nous rendent Chèvres in Molac, and the smoked bacon and country andouille from La P'tite Boucherie in Pluherlin. The pastry is fine and crisp, the choice gargantuan and the welcome just right. A great yum!
