At this little crêperie on Port-Louis's shopping street, you can stop in with your eyes closed. The crepes and galettes are creative, presented in original ways and made with fresh, local produce, such as the Printanière (fresh vegetables, goat's cheese and honey) or the Poséidon (salmon on a sesame wakame salad). And don't miss the Saint-Jacques with baby vegetables or the Valentine (caramelized onions, snack goat's cheese, smoked duck breast and mango jam) to celebrate the festival of the same name.
