Opened in June 2022, Les Terres de Nataé is an animal sanctuary located in Pont-Scorff, 15 minutes from Lorient. Transparency, transmission and well-being are the values of this park, where raising public awareness of endangered species is a priority. A 14-hectare hilly wooded area awaits you, with almost 300 animals and a caring team of animal caretakers and veterinarians. An escape game and virtual reality helmets are also available as extras, allowing you to discover the animal world in a different way.

This wildlife park, dedicated to the preservation of endangered species, is located in Pont-Scorff. This natural sanctuary, nestled in a lush forest, is home to around a hundred endangered animal species, each carefully protected. Whether you're passionate about birds, mammals or reptiles, here you'll discover a wide variety of species. Young and old alike will marvel at the soft-shelled turtles, dwarf crocodiles, sulphur cockatoos, Asian elephants, red pandas... Every visit is an opportunity to learn more about these animals and raise awareness of conservation issues. The park also offers educational events and exhibitions to help you learn more about local flora and fauna. The animal caretakers for a day offer you an immersive experience, allowing you to discover the daily life of an animal caretaker. You'll be invited to help maintain the facilities and prepare food for the animals. Les Terres de Nataé also offers an escape game, where you'll be part of a team of scientific explorers in the heart of the Pantanal. In this game, designed for two to six players, you'll have to solve riddles and analyze the environment to demonstrate the unique value of this natural paradise. In addition, the park hosts various events such as the Festival of Animals of Light, where light installations showcase extinct and endangered species. Fort engagement pour les animaux, une vraie démarche de sauvetage (loups issus d un sauvetage, singes récupérés de laboratoire...).
Une démarche qui change des parcs animaliers plus classiques.
Une vraie volonté d amélioration continuelle des enclos pour le mieux être des animaux en captivité. De nombreuses explications sur les pensionnaires et leurs histoires individuelles.
À recommander plus plus.
Tout au long de la visite nous sommes en proximité direct avec les animaux. Les petites annotations autour des enclos sont chouettes, elles nous en apprennent plus et nous permettent de comprendre les conditions de vie précédentes des animaux avant leurs arrivées sur le parc. (comportement des loups, perte des plumes pour le perroquet…..)
L’équipe semble être en harmonie et complice.
