Annulation 1 jour avant par mail alors que ma résa était validée.
Une hôtelière plus qu'incomprhensive, sans empathie et agressive, dont le rôle est de vous trouver une solution. POINT DU TOUT, elle n'en avait rien à faire et m'a laissé en plan et raccrochée au nez, BRAVO
Cet hôtel est peut-être 3* mais l'amabilité et le sens du service n'a pas dû rentrer dans l'évaluation.
Bref extrêmement déçu, aucun geste commercial. Après cette crise sanitaire,ils ne doivent pas être stressés du manque à gagner...
