Roasted turbot fillets, royal sea bream Gravlax style, beef fillet like a pastrami, leg of lamb Label Rouge, grilled pre-salted pig, whole artichoke, rib of beef to share, home-made desserts... The traditional French cuisine is made from carefully selected products between tradition and inventiveness. Tasteful pleasure and exceptional setting.
