Thanks to the pure water of the Inval stream, this fish farm offers quality products online or on site.
Edouard Roullet raises and processes trout and sturgeon, not far from Sarlat and Montignac. His fish farm benefits from the high water quality of the Inval, a small river free of pollution. Rainbow trout, fario trout and brook salmon are raised from egg to adult. The fish are then caught and processed on site. Its products often win awards, like its gold medal trout at the Concours Général Agricole 2019. For sale on site and in producers' stores, or at the market on Tuesdays from April to September.
