Restaurant with fast and particularly pleasant service where the products are fresh and the dishes are entirely home-made.

Freshly arrived in the district of the submarine base of Lorient, the Quai Roman is an excellent brasserie which will satisfy all the palets. Here, the menu is simple and changes regularly according to the tides: sauerkraut of the sea, duck, hake filet, fresh tagliatelle... The products are fresh, the dishes entirely home-made. In a very nicely decorated setting, in the heart of one of the historical districts of Lorient, you will inevitably find what you are looking for. The service is fast and particularly pleasant!

Grande brasserie où l’accueil y est très chaleureux, mention spéciale pour la jeune employée qui a beaucoup d’humour ! Choix varié de plats, mais quand on est juste à côté de la plus importante criée de Bretagne, on s’attend à autre chose que du poisson congelé…il y avait même encore l’étiquette avec la date dessus ! Dommage pour le goût et la cuisson des produits de la mer qui manquent clairement de fraîcheur du coup. Dans le plat Trilogie, ce soir là en tout cas, les lentilles corail étaient vraiment trop salées, nous l’avons signalé. Bref, ambiance chaleureuse mais grosse déception pour les produits de la mer dans une ville comme Lorient !

Dîner pour deux un samedi soir, nous nous sommes régalés, produits frais et frites maison, délicieux jusqu’au dessert! Serveuse très agréable, discrète mais disponible et à l’écoute des clients, nous recommandons ce restaurant sans hésitez!
