You will appreciate the home-cooked cuisine which highlights fresh seasonal products and favours first choice meats and traditional recipes. A few examples: the Cocotte of snails and oyster mushrooms, sweet garlic cream on a bed of spinach; the Pavé du boucher à la plancha then sliced, homemade sauce, candied grenaille potatoes or the Chocolate heart salted butter caramel are currently on the menu.
