The rice of the makis is replaced by a mixture of celery, beetroot and spices; the soup concocted by mixing raw vegetables and adding hot water at the last minute, and the bread replaced by tasty homemade crackers made from sunflower seeds, flax, a mixture of vegetables and spices.
