On the family estate of Mique, Julien Auroux carries the 6ᵉ generation high. On 11 ha of clay-limestone, he signs 100% organic wines, vinified entirely in the winery: cabernet-sauvignon, cabernet franc, malbec, merlot. His cuvée Cimes dans la Brume has been the talk of the town, but the range is well worth a visit: in 2026, a natural sparkling rosé, 4 to 5 reds, two whites (dry and sweet) and a rosé will arrive. Precise, creative wines that reflect the terroir as much as the winemaker's talent. Available on the estate and from wine merchants. A traditional yet modern estate.
