The Depenweiler family regularly wins competitions with its good products prepared according to traditional recipes. You can buy everything you need to prepare a real Périgord menu at home: semi-cooked or canned foie gras, crickets, stuffed necks, confit, goose gizzards, dried duck breast... and many other savory or sweet delicacies ready to use. In summer, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, free visits of the canning factory are organized at 5:30 pm: history of the force-feeding and explanation of the manufacture, then tasting of foie gras.
