The Merovingian sarcophagus, the most curious piece in Crach's Lomarec chapel.
This is the most curious room in the Lomarec Chapel. On this trapezoid-shaped granite coffin there is an inscription in Roman capitals: I R H A E M A +INRI. These characters from the 6th century make this sarcophagus one of the oldest Christian monuments in the department! Gildas Bernier transcribed it by "Here lies the king". It is said to be Warog, a combative leader who took over Vannes, was recognized as the first king of the region and gave his name to the Vannesian country of Browarog.
