The ingredients are carefully chosen: crunchy baby vegetables, forgotten vegetables... His cuisine is fresh, delicate and original, and his graphic, colorful plates demonstrate his attention to detail. Portions are not gargantuan, but full of flavor. The restaurant's location, right in the heart of the city, means you can take your time wandering through the old streets.

Première visite à Bergerac réussi avec ce déjeuner incroyable ???????? Les plats sont raffinés et d‘une très haute qualité. Le service était rapide et sympathique. L‘ambiance cosy et prix raissonable et justifié. On reviendra sans hésiter !

C'était notre deuxième visite dans cet excellent restaurant. L'accueil est toujours très agréable, le menu change régulièrement, ce qui nous était proposé, beignet d'artichaut à l'huile de tagette, était plus que délicieux avec une longueur en bouche étonnante. En plat de résistance, délicieux maquereau pour madame et suprême de volaille du Périgord façon maïs pour moi, terriblement bon aussi. Les desserts sophistiqués plus difficiles étaient aussi fort bons. Bref un très bon moment, grâce à l'accueil et au riche travail du chef sur sa cuisine. Très très bien, un restaurant qui se démarque.

Wonderful imaginative and interesting but most of all delicious food. We dined here one evening during a recent short holiday in Bergerac. It was so good we returned next day to repeat the experience.
