In this bakery, we work the old-fashioned way, with bread baked over a wood fire in a real wood-fired oven! What a pleasure it is to discover the many varieties of hand-formed breads, including rustic, baguette littorale (traditional red label flour), pavé de Carnac (wheat flour, rye flour, sunflower seeds, brown linseed, soy, sesame, rye sourdough) and Fournée (a blend of traditional flour and spelt flour). Also on offer are brioches, gâches, préfou, pizzas and other sweet and savoury treats.
