Situated opposite Anse du Pô, surrounded by oyster-farming yards with uninterrupted ocean views, La Calypso is housed in a typical Breton house, all white with granite openings. The owner, Alexandru Carausu, and his team offer a menu of seafood and fish, which varies according to arrivals from the port of Etel. In the spotlight, a selection of fish grilled over a wood fire in the vast fireplace, from among a dozen varieties. Also on offer are grilled lobster and crayfish, specialties of the grilladin.
