In 1990, Patrick and Anne Chauchard opened their first store in Arzon, then in 2009 in the town of Sarzeau. The fresh salmon arrives from Scotland in Label Rouge quality, smoked with green beech wood and salted with Guérande salt, it is sliced by hand, vacuum-packed in whole fillets, slices, steaks or blocks. We have added canned fish, sardines in oil, gulf cod, albacore tuna and smoked fish rillettes. You can find in summer, their products on the markets of the Peninsula of Rhuys and all the year on that of Quiberon.

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm and 3pm to 6:30pm. Sundays and public holidays from 9am to 12:30pm. Annual closure from January to mid-February. On-line purchase possible.

Patrick Chauchard has more than 30 years of experience in smoked salmon.
This Auvergne graduate in hotel management and passionate about cooking left the hotel business in 1989 to smoke salmon.
In 1990, Patrick and Anne moved to Arzon and created their artisanal salmon smoking business in the town of Arzon. Tested on the markets, the products are very quickly prized for their quality.
Today, the Fumage Artisanal d'Arzon is 3 shops in Arzon, Sarzeau and Nantes. It is also an online shop with the possibility of having your order delivered to your home in 24/48 hours.
