In 1990, Patrick and Anne Chauchard opened their first store in Arzon, then in 2009 in the town of Sarzeau. The fresh salmon arrives from Scotland in Label Rouge quality, smoked with green beech wood and salted with Guérande salt, it is sliced by hand, vacuum-packed in whole fillets, slices, steaks or blocks. We have added canned fish, sardines in oil, gulf cod, albacore tuna and smoked fish rillettes. You can find in summer, their products on the markets of the Peninsula of Rhuys and all the year on that of Quiberon.

Master roaster Mathieu welcomes you to his burnery on the edge of the Rhuys peninsula, for a fragrant journey into the land of the oblong bean. Connoisseurs will be won over by his range of artisan "grand cru" coffees, carefully selected from the four corners of the world, freshly ground and available in several grinds. Lovers of teas (white, green, black, Wulong, Pu'er or exceptional), infusions, herbal teas and chocolate sweets will not be outdone. Terrace tastings in fine weather and online sales.

Recently settled in Port du Crouesty, Chloé and Antoine Pipaud make and sell some twenty flavors of artisanal ice cream and waffles. They source fresh fruit from local producers, and opt for fruit purée for their exotic flavors. A particular favorite is the Crouesty vanilla, to be paired with a delicious scoop of speculos or Guérande flower chocolate. And to prolong the pleasure: half-liter or one-liter tubs are available to take away in eco-friendly isothermal containers.
