Ty'Papo, the Breton ice cream parlour created by Eric Elien, has arrived at Saint-Malo Intramuros. This is very good news for gourmets, who can choose from some sixty artisanal ice creams to enjoy in cones or small tubs as they stroll around the citadel. Caramel au beurre salé and palet breton top the list of regional flavors. Ultra-smooth Italian ice creams in vanilla-chocolate, yoghurt-cassis and exotic-raspberry flavors are also very popular. An ice-cream maker passed down from father to son since 1986, who is unanimously acclaimed in the region.

Grande amatrice de glaces j ai voulu tester ce glacier cet après midi, apres avoir testé le concurrent 2 jours auparavant et franchement je recommande fortement ce glacier . Le personnel est beaucoup plus agréable , les prix sont corrects par rapport à la concurrence et les glaces y sont plus savoureuses .. les concurrents travaillent à la chaîne on se croirait chez mac do ... là j ai eu une belle portion de glace et elle était vraiment meilleure que celles que j ai déjà goûté auparavant. Très bon établissement.
