Philippe Bouvier is now located in Saint-Malo. What an opportunity for gourmands! Pure Breton, the master chocolatier punctuates his creations with Guérande salt or exotic spices, flowers or infusions. His specialties, chocolates or pastries, are simply divine. We love the raspberry-pistachio tart, the homemade chocolate cake or the dacquois. As for chocolates, they are all to be savored!
