Cyrille, your baker, is fully committed to the respect of La Fieurinette's recipe, requiring a lot of time and experience: leaven preparation, an ancestral kneading, a long rest period, manual shaping and baking in an oven pad which gives a crispy, digeste, delicious and attractive bread. Cyrille's bakery also offers other specialities: Breton cakes (shortbread of St Malo, Breton custard tart with prunes, kouign amann…), macaroons (small round cakes with melting, tender and crispy centres, to discover or re-discover…), chocolate, protective glasses, ice-creams, sweets, and even wedding cakes (made with chocolate macaroons…).
