For 3 generations the Hector family has been delighting people with their famous fairground products. Doughnuts, waffles, pancakes and sandwiches are the main success of this small waffle and sandwich shop. The service is fast and efficient but the success of the place can force you to wait a few minutes before being served in high season. We find them every year at the Sainte Ouine, the annual fair of Saint-Malo with their famous croustillons, unequalled until then!
