The specialties have a beautiful Malouin identity with pearls or cobblestones of Saint-Malo or even the crunchy and melting truffles with acid, fruity or spicy flavors. Un chocolatier qui propose des chocolats fondants, aux saveurs exquises et pour certaines originales. Leur chocolats aux poivres a été une découverte et un régal, les chocolats aux herbes aromatiques furent très agréables à découvrir : tout en subtilité : on mange du chocolat et il y a cette pointe de finesse, mmmmmm !
Il y a aussi des pâtisseries très agréables en bouche comme à l'oeil !
