Responsable odieuse. Magasin surchargé et articles en équilibre prêts à tomber, nous avons frôlé des tasses au goût douteux et en avons fait tombé une qui s’est cassée. La responsable a surgit de nulle part pour nous faire remarquer qu’il y avait de la casse et qu’il fallait payer. Vraisemblablement coutumière de ce type de problèmes. En demandant s’il y avait des assurances, la dame m’a fait remarqué d’un ton dédaigneux qu’il fallait payer malgré tout car elle avait mit des pancartes à cet effet, le tout ponctué d’un sourire satisfait, fière de cette vente forcée ...
Après vérification de la réglementation officielle, il s’avère que tout cela est 100% illégale. Informée à ce sujet, il m’a juste été retourné un « Oui, je sais, et alors », le tout accompagné d’un grand sourrire de satisfaction !
