The history of Babas goes back ten years: chef Luc Mobihan, from Saint-Placide, had the idea of creating a rum baba-based dessert around this legendary race in Saint-Malo in 2007. The babas were then put into jars and are now sold in this boutique. It is also a grocery store brimming with Breton, French and foreign products, such as pickles from Grand Jardin and sardines from Kerbriant. This grocery store has been designed from aperitif to dessert, with products selected by Michelin-starred chef Luc Mobihan.
