A superb town to discover the remains of the Roman fortified town and the cathedral of Saint-Pierre d'Alet.
This is one of the best views of the Côte d'Émeraude and Saint-Malo intra-muros. This peninsula on the banks of the River Rance is the ancient cradle of Saint-Malo, and it was here that the city's first inhabitants settled. Remains of the Roman fortified town and the cathedral of Saint-Pierre d'Alet are still visible. Marks of the German army present from 1942 to 1944 can be seen in 32 blockhouses and 8 armored bells. Visit the World War II memorial and enjoy the campsite.

Autant Intra-Muros grouille de touristes autant vous serez au calme en vous promenant à la Cité d'Alet. c'est un îlot de verdure d'où on peut avoir une très belle vue sur Saint-Malo et sur Dinard. et pour les amateurs vous pouvez visiter un blockhaus

Etant originaire du coin, je recommande la cité D'alteh, le coin le plus beau pour moi, vue magnifique sur St malo Dinard, très belle balade à faire. attention a bien garder les enfants près de soi, falaise qui peuvent être dangereuses pour les enfants intrépides

Very pleasant place to wander, little known to tourists! Overlooks Saint-Malo and Dinards, very nice views over the bay.
