Fidélis is the address of Solène and Ronan Mahé who are adept at offering a menu oriented towards seafood with oysters, lobsters and products from the day's catch. Thus, you can come and taste a salmon taco or a roasted blue lobster from Brittany or a hake with wheat risotto. The chef Ronan Mahé also proposes a supreme of yellow poultry. In his kitchen he is committed to using only fresh products, from local producers. This is visible in his short but tasty and attractive menu.
