Parc de Villeneuve is located in the Sacré-Cœur district. Just a stone's throw from the city center, this working-class neighborhood has many assets. Another special feature is the gardener's house. Surrounded by brick flowerbeds, it features a seaside-style facade. In 1965, Emmanuel Le Ray began this small garden, which he completed in 1926. Rectangular in shape, it is surrounded by the rue Ginguené elementary school and the Alain Bouchart day nursery. Square de Villeneuve also boasts a children's play area, which is much appreciated by families. The square also provides an opportunity for local residents to get together for picnics, which become increasingly popular in fine weather.
