Located within the Balthazar hotel, this chic bistro is stormed at lunchtime. The menu prepared by Rostang père & fille, gives you the assurance of delicate and balanced dishes. The choice of products and the play of textures on the plate are also the signature of this restaurant. On weekends, the clientele becomes cosmopolitan. Well-to-do foreign customers feel at home here. Une première pour moi, qui découvrait le menu en 6 services ! Spoil alert, c’est dingue. J’ai apprécié une viande qui d’habitude, ne me plaît pas du tout ????
Le service était au top, aux petits soins.
En revanche, j’ai trouvé ça triste de voir que les gens autours de moi paressaient triste, pas content d’être là. C’est pourtant une chance.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, et toujours avec notre sourire ????????
