Old bourgeois house offering traditional and local cuisine with local and farm products.
The name Chandouineau is a guarantee of refinement, tradition and terroir. It is in an old bourgeois house decorated with taste that you can savor a cuisine that draws the best of local products and surrounding farms to create exquisite dishes. At the turn of the seasons, we taste the traditional poultry terrine with chestnuts and its onion confit. For the gourmets, the sauces are divinely worked. Excellent proposal of food and wine pairing and nice welcome from Julie, the manager of the place who can often be seen at the market under the Halles.

Dès la prise de rdv, l'accueil est très agréable et sympathique. La salle est claire, peintures d'artiste aux murs. La carte des vins est variée et de belle facture. Les menus donnent tous envie. Ici pas d'intitulé ronflant, c'est simple. Mais dans les assiettes, c'est délicieux et très bien présenté. Au delà de ce que le menu pourrait laisser présager. Le service est impeccable, sympathique et décontracté. Un vrai bon moment de gourmets.
