With its totally organic breads, this bakery plunges you into the heart of traditional savoir-faire. The period bread oven, old stonework and Châteaugiron fresco set the scene, but the bakery's reputation has also been built on its fine collection of speciality breads. Alouette, Menhir, petit épeautre and Tourte de Meule are all made with sourdough. Pretzels and flûtes garnies are perfect for aperitifs. Le pain est vraiment excellent, j'ai une préférence pour le ciabatta et le pain aux céréales. La brioche est pas mal non plus. Chaque saison, de nouveaux gâteaux font leur apparition. Vendeuse très sympa.
