Publisher Fanlac is an 80-year-old Périgord institution. Long based in Périgueux, it has chosen to return to its stronghold in Périgord Noir. Alice, the third generation to take over the reins, has had her work cut out negotiating the modernity of this publishing house with its strong regional roots.
