Les Escargots de Virginie farm offers a wide range of snail-based products. Spreads are available in six different varieties, ideal to accompany hot or cold toast. Escargots cooked à la bourguignonne are prepared with homemade parsley butter and can be reheated before serving. The farm also offers snails confit in duck fat, to add to a warm potato salad.
