L'Aubinière is an organic farm specializing in the production of fruit juices, ciders and perries. The products are made according to the ancestral method, using only fruit from their own orchards. Juices are obtained by simply pressing the fruit, with no added sugars or additives. The ciders and perries are fermented by the yeasts naturally present in the fruit, giving them their unique flavours. Aubinière products are live, unpasteurized and contain no added sulfites. On-site tastings are available free of charge before you make your choice. You can also order online, with home delivery anywhere in France. For cider vinegar lovers, l'Aubinière also offers an unpasteurized, sulfite-free variety.
