The pastries and ice creams of Les Maisons de Bricourt, owned by the famous chef Roellinger, can be enjoyed above Dinard beach. The famous pastries have also made the reputation of Grain de Vanille, Dinard's big sister: vanilla mille-feuilles, old-fashioned praline, salted butter caramel or Paris-Cancale, pistachio and praline, not forgetting far (truly Breton). The place also offers sorbets and ice creams made with organic whole milk from Breton cows, known as Froments du Léon. An exceptional moment to savor with delight. Not to be missed!

En revanche, il serait bon d'éduquer à la courtoisie et à la politesse, le personnel de "Vent de vanille" à Dinard.
Je fût témoin de comportements fort peu compatibles avec la clientèle que vous espérez...

Une chose est certaine, quelque soit la qualité des produits, je n'y mettrais plus les pieds et le ferai savoir à mes amis Malouins et Dinardais...
